Towell International Holding (TIH) was established in April 13th, 2013 in order to consolidate all the Towell Group businesses since 1947 in Kuwait with the following business objectives:

• Hold major interest in locally incorporated Limited Liability Companies (L. L. C.).
• Thrive in local and international stock markets.
• Manage and guarantee meaningful interest in companies that is not below 20%.
• Possess trademarks, copyrights, and invention rights.
• Own lands and properties for Towell to conduct its operations as per the local laws.
• Invest any excess funds in various financial markets directly or through specialized institutions.
